First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Sinan for his interest and services. Thanks to him, everything was resolved quickly and we did not experience any setbacks. He is very friendly and very polite to his guests.

we stayed at the hotel for the first time and I was a little nervous because the cleaning was futile, but I was very happy, we had minor problems, but I came to the reception in the morning and immediately stated my request, the lady at the reception was interested in me, my name was not halimu, I stayed very well, especially asked if you had any other request, she made me very happy and offered tea, someone who really acts consciously in hotels and cares about the customer's menu, I recommend, and they take into account affordable requests with a smiling face don't scratch it, it's nice that the requests are fulfilled immediately, the rooms are spacious and spacious, so I want to thank the lady from here again, sincerely.

Today I contacted by phone to make a stay at Zind Home Çekmeköy. During my interview, the Lady Halima, who was working at the reception, took care of me. He answered all my questions in an extremely friendly, kind and caring way. When I wanted to get information about the hotel and learn details about the check-in procedures, he explained everything patiently and clearly. I was really pleased to see such a caring and professional approach even on the phone.I especially liked the communication style of Mrs. Halima very much. His speech was extremely polite, his approach was sincere and his desire to help was quite sincere. If a person can feel so comfortable without even going to the hotel, it is clearly understood that there are employees who love their job and attach importance to guest satisfaction behind this. Throughout the interview, none of my questions remained unanswered and I was able to easily get the information I needed. It was a good start for me to have made such a positive communication before my stay today. The attention and professionalism shown by Halima Hanım made me feel like I had made an even more correct decision about my hotel choice. Such attentive attention to the guests on the phone also creates a positive impression about the business's service concept.I would like to thank him for his interest, patience and smiling face. I hope my stay will be as good as my phone call. I think that the employees who care about the guests while they are still at the booking and check-in stage and who approach their questions sincerely should always be appreciated. We liked this place very much. The staff is pleasant, I loved the clarity in the room, it was very comfortable. Our rom was right under the roof and we enjoyed heavy Istanbul rains sounds😍 We'd stay here the next time. Recommended! By the way, there is quite a good restaurant near the hotel, to be more precise, up and right about 7 min of walking. There is Köy Konagi restaurant with awesome view, quite cheap but tasty food. Would recommend Turkish breakfast.
